There are no substantive changes to the format/content of the tables from the 2018 CHAS release. On SeptemHUD released updated CHAS data based on 2015-2019 ACS 5-year estimates. With this API, developers can easily access and customize CHAS data for use in existing applications or to create new applications. HUD’s Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R) is pleased to announce that CHAS (Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy) data, are now available via an application programming interface (API).
